Can you help me figure out what I want?
We sure can – and will! Deciding on a custom bed, headboard, or bath furnishing can be daunting. Our design team discusses what you are looking for, shows you examples of beds, headboards, and custom bathroom fixtures so we can land on just want you need.
Any limitations to the materials I want to use?
Because we work with wood, stone, metal, and even glass, you can dream up whatever you want. Get creative! We love when our clients use a mixture of materials. After you have looked through the website, let’s talk through your bedroom and bathroom needs.
Do you install my custom bedroom and bathroom furnishings?
We sure do. Our experienced delivery and installation team wants to make sure your one-of-a-kind bedroom and bathroom project is installed correctly. We come onsite to set up your custom bed and bath furnishings and haul away any packing materials.
How does payment work for my custom bedroom or bathroom project
Initial deposit of 50% gets us started. Your last payment is due upon delivery and installation of your furnishing(s). We quote delivery on a case-by-case basis. We accept cash, money orders, and major credit cards (3% additional for credit cards) for your bed or bath project.
Is there a warranty on my custom bed, headboard, or bath furnishings?
Yes. We warranty our craftsmanship for one year after delivery. If there is an issue, please call us immediately and a team member will address the issue. We do not warranty normal wear and tear like scratches, water rings, and burn marks. Maintaining your furnishings alleviates some of those issues.
